What do you need from me to start a project?
We will schedule a “Kick Off” call to nail down exactly what we need from you. The following items are typical on an average project (not mandatory);
- Your logo
- Text/copy (we can help with that)
- Current/past brochures or other company materials
- Links to your competitors (or files)
- Pictures needed such as employees, facility, products, etc.
I don't have much to start, can you help?
No problem, we often start with very little. Tell us what you have and what you need in our quote form. We’re here to help you.
Can you help with writing the copy?
Yes. With most projects, our copywriters can clean up your existing copy or write new copy to make sure your message is clear, engaging, and motivates readers to act.

Review your proof, make comments, attach files, and share with colleagues.
What all can you design?
Our specialty is print design, from brochures to business cards and pocket folders to sales flyers. Check out some samples here. We can also design tradeshow displays, logos, websites, and social media graphics. Tell us what you need.
Do I have to supply all the artwork?
We’ve got a ton of professional stock images, graphics, icons, and infographics. We can also customize graphics to fit your needs.
What if I don't like my design?
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you don’t like your first design, we’ll make you a new one at no extra charge.

How do I view my design proof?
We’ll send you a link to view your design proof. Make sure your team knows about the link. Everyone can comment, and they’re shared in real-time.
How do I make revisions?
It’s easy to provide feedback on your design proof. You can make annotations on the design using the markup tools. Add comments explaining exactly what needs to be revised, and even attach files. Our clients love our simple collaboration process.
How many revisions can I make?
Make as many revisions as you need to be sure it’s flawless. You’ll get expert advice every step of the way to make sure the changes work.
One click approval
As soon as you approve your design, we’ll send you the files. If you need printing, we can do that too.
How do I approve my design?
Once you’re happy with your design, you can approve your proof. It’s just one click.
Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you don’t like your first design, we’ll make you a new one at no extra charge.
What happens once I approve?
Once you approve, we’ll invoice you for the final balance. Once you pay, we’ll move on to printing or delivering your files.
Professional printing
Do I have to order printing?
You don’t have to use our printing service. All design files we deliver are print-ready.
What is the minimum order for printing?
It depends on what you are printing. The minimum quantity is typically 250, but we also offer 100 and less. You will be informed of the quantity options and costs.
What paper do you use?
We use high-quality paper and professional printing presses that use the highest standards and finishes. We can discuss your paper options when you start your project.
Your on-demand creative team
Our team is ready to do whatever else you need. Whether it’s a simple print reorder or a whole new design.
What files do I get?
We will provide all access to design files, print-ready files, and web-optimized files. You have full ownership rights.
How do I reorder
All of your design files are safe with us, so reordering is easy. Let us know when you need an order and we’ll get it started.
